On April 10, 2008 at 2032 hours, Officer Dan Bemerer initiated a t/s on a '95 cadillac seville for a red light violation. The driver had extensive drug history and when asked to step out of vehicle, I asked if he had anything illegal on him or in his vehicle. He advised "I'm gonna keep it real with you" and handed me a small bag of marijuana which he had stuffed down his pants. I walked Nero around the exterior of the vehicle which he indicated on the drivers side door and attempting to jump in the open drivers side door window. We continued our exterior search and he indicated low on drivers side rear passenger door seam. Nero was deployed inside the vehicle for an interior search with only indication on rear driveside passenger floor board. Hand Search of that area revealed a garbage bag filled with 3 separate freezer bags of Marijuana weighing 1 lb each and underneath the passenger seat was a platic bag filled with 15 stacks in $1000 incriments of us currency.  Case is still pending.
